Adam mentioned watching POM Wonderful Presents The Greatest Movie Ever Sold in relation to there supposedly being no billboards in Sao Paulo, Brazil.  The film seemed to me to be about 5 years too late, but if you are completely unfamiliar to the concept of product placement and branding in general...then it's a decent primer.  Better yet, read the book No Logo by Naomi Klein.
